Post-Pandemic Stargazing Fire Sale
We can’t wait to get you back under the stars! The Eastern Sierra Observatory has reduced the rates of all remaining 2020 stargazing dates, and this unexpected time off will allow for exciting new amenities to be added. The huge 14” Meade telescope, hot tub, SHIFTPODs, dark skies, and amazing views of the Owens Valley and Eastern Sierra are here as always, but now we’ve added a SOUNDBOKS for your listening pleasure, as well as a second stargazing lounge, a seriously awesome grill for you to use if you choose, and more a streamlined stargazing setup in general.
All these amenities will give you and your group countless ways to enjoy your stargazing experience at the observatory. If there is a photographer in the bunch, they’ll surely love the amazing views of the Eastern Sierra, and the sunsets that come with it, and of course the dark skies. Guests will also have the opportunity to attach their DSLR or mirrorless cameras to the telescope to capture images of deep space objects with our help. Even smartphones can be used to take photos of brighter objects such as the moon, Jupiter, and Saturn.
All reservations can be rescheduled for no additional charge in the event of bad weather, nasty viruses, or any other reason. The Eastern Sierra Observatory truly offers the best rescheduling policy in the Universe, so you don’t have to worry about missing out.
All remaining 2020 dates are priced lower than ever before and can be used anytime in the future, really! Bring yourself, bring a friend, or take over the whole place with your group — a unique stargazing adventure awaits!
